For my first post since it is the holidays I decided to share a party dip with you that got rave reviews.
I made this recipe on a whim for an office party. When looking for a recipe for hot spinach artichoke dip I quickly realized I was just going to have to do my own thing. A lot of the recipes should have been called cheese dip with some spinach tossed in. I didn’t want that. That is not to say that this recipe doesn’t have a lot of cheese because it does. I just want to be able to taste the spinach. This recipe is the pioneer womans recipe with my tweaks. I added a bacon fat element because why not. I also added frozen spinach and way more of it. The cheese sauce stayed the same except I used lower fat options where I could. This makes enough to take to a party.
